Beach Cleaning Action In Vela Luka, Croatia:
On Saturday, June 8th 2013., we cleaned the
beach of our most beautiful beach on the island of
Proizd, in collaboration with the Tourist board of Vela Luka, Elementary school Vela Luka and Facta Vera d. o. o. It was organized as a part of the action called "I love Croatia". We enjoyed the view on it's crystal clear sea, but we could not bear the sight on the trash that has accumulated on the beach. We've collected dozens of bags of trash on numerous beaches. After our hard work, the beaches were pristine, and we were very happy with the result. Thanks to us, Proizd is once more the pearl of Adriatic sea and a gorgeous, awarded tourist destination. :))

Aim of the action: remind people about some basic rules of environmentally friendly behavior and awaken in them a sense of importance
